We accept weekend bookings (apart from the summer) at a rate of £400.00 per weekend.

The rent includes:

• electricity
• gas
• bed linen
• towels (except supply of beach towels)

We require a deposit of 25% payable on booking.

A fee of £60 for cleaning is requested to be paid with the final installment of the rent due 6 weeks before your
holiday starts.

Payment should be made in £sterling by cheque. Details will be supplied when making reservation.

Once final payment has been received, we will send you:

• full directions on how to get to the house
• instructions about what to do on arrival and departure
• other practical information you may find useful in advance of your visit

All bookings are subject to our terms and conditions. These are available on request. A copy will be sent with the confirmation of your booking.
